Shipping & Delivery

Upon receiving of order confirmation email, orders will be processed within 48 working hours (excluding weekends and holidays) if the goods are in stock. You will be notified once your order has been shipped out.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local delivery

Free local delivery (ALL OVER UAE) is available for orders above 200 AED. A Courier company will contact you with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of goods arrival.

International Shipping

International shipping charges are varied according to your country and parcel specification. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.

Courier Delay & Damages

We are not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company within 48 hours from the date of the order and payment. Delivery of all orders will be shipped to registered address of the buyer as per the information provided. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@ebikerstore.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Anyhow Ebikerstore is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

Order cancellation or exchanges

We are happy to exchanged your items within 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. You can also contact us for location to come to our showroom for any exchange, in case the same product are not available you will be issued a credit note with the validity of 45days. We do not have refund policy.
